We Ann Arborites are pretty proud of Zingerman's. It is the perfect example of what a local business can be. I've never had a bad experience with them and you can tell that the employees really enjoy their jobs...and of course, they have the best chocolate cake ever. If you're in the area again, make sure to try the Hot Cocoa cake. It is amazing.

You have every right to be proud! They appear to be doing an amazing job in every possible way. Funny you should mention the Hot Cocoa Cake, our host Karl from the Shaman Drum ordered that and offered to share but I was in such heaven with my own slice I declined. Next time!

We visit Zingerman's every time we're in town to see my sister-in-law. Every time is a treat. There's also Cafe Zola in Ann Arbor which is a great local breakfast place.
